Economy
Ten laws, a central bank and a bond market. Twelve goods move between countries, and every level costs something and pays something.
Real-time grand strategy
Run an economy, build a bloc, fabricate a claim. Eighty-four countries and fifty years on one map.
Windows / macOS / Linux / Browser
01 / The game
Eighty-four countries open the year 2000 with a treasury, a set of laws and an army.
You set the taxes, raise the fleets and sign the treaties. Nobody scripts the rest.
A war needs a reason. Build the claim, or forge one and risk being caught.
Fifty years later one goal decides whether you won. The clock never stops for you.
Every border is a choice.
The ledger
All of it ships in the base game. None of it is a placeholder.
84
Nations
Each starts with its own treasury, laws and army.
~700
Cities
Circles hold under a million people. Squares hold more.
55
Technologies
Eleven research lines, five tiers each, in eight branches.
12
Unit types
Infantry to carriers. Caps of 600 ground, 200 naval, 200 air.
12
Goods
Seven raw, five made. Oil, iron and uranium decide who can build what.
50
Years
2000 to 2050. One tick is one day.
4
Hours
A full campaign, at 1x, 3x or 10x. Pause whenever you like.
02 / Systems
Six systems, all feeding each other. Pull one lever and the others move.
Ten laws, a central bank and a bond market. Twelve goods move between countries, and every level costs something and pays something.
Twelve unit types across land, sea and air. Ships need ports, aircraft need airbases, tanks burn oil.
No war without a reason. Build a claim, pick a casus belli, then fight. Peace can annex, make puppets or free a people.
Military, economic and political blocs. Lead one that holds half the world's GDP or population and you win.
Eight branches and fifty-five techs. Some tiers need another line first, and some of them gate the bomb.
Enrich, design, deliver, defend. Three yields from 10 kilotons to 1.5 megatons, and fallout that stays for years.
03 / Goals
Every game draws one victory goal from a seeded roll. Every nation chases it, so you are racing the other 83.
Control at least 35% of the world's land area, with puppets counting for half, and hold it for 6 months.
If an AI nation gets there first, you lose.
Have the world's largest GDP on the last day of the campaign, or stay number one for 12 years in a row.
The most common draw. It is weighted 1.2 against 1 for the rest.
Lead a bloc, with its members' puppets, that holds 50% of world GDP or population for 6 months.
If an AI bloc gets there first, you lose.
Control every region of your own culture, including the ones abroad, for 6 months.
The liberation casus belli frees kin abroad.
Stay out of war for 10 years, keep stability at 70 or more, reach the top 15 nations in prosperity and grow GDP per head by 30%.
The slowest route, and the only one with no battles.
A run scores out of 1000 and is graded S to E. Winning early earns a bonus.
04 / Expansions
Each DLC grows a system that already runs in the base game. Espionage gets coups. The navy gets sea lanes. Crises get slow disasters.
Every release also brings a free update for all owners, and no base game system moves behind a paywall.
Season Pass
All six for $33.99. You save $13.95, 29 percent.

05 / Roadmap
A free demo, the full game, then one expansion every quarter. Dates are targets, and they are written down so you can hold us to them.
Ships with every DLC
6 of 6 expansions
The day a DLC ships, every owner of the base game gets a free update with fixes, balance changes and new options.
No existing system moves behind a paywall. All 84 countries, 55 technologies and 12 unit types stay in the base game.
Any DLC sells on its own. The Season Pass covers all six for less.

What you get / Preview
The same seed and the same commands always play out the same way. Type any word below to see how a seed names a country and sets its starting position. This is a preview of the idea. The game builds the full 84 nation map from the seed.
Requirements
Plate Z / Colophon
Pick a nation. Set the laws. Watch the borders move.
07 / FAQ
Not here? The demo answers most questions faster than we can.
About four hours for a full fifty years, starting in 2000. At 1x a game month passes in roughly twenty seconds. You can run at 3x or 10x, or pause at any moment to plan.
Yes. The game autosaves every five real minutes and keeps the save on your machine. Pick Continue from the menu and you are back on the same day.
A short code that builds the world: coastlines, countries, city names and their traits. The same seed always gives the same map, and the same commands on it play out the same way. Share one and a friend starts from your exact position.
Not planned. Geopolitiks is built as a single player game against eighty-three AI nations, and the systems are tuned for that. If this changes it will be announced on the roadmap first.
No. The base game is complete: every law, unit, technology, war type and victory goal. DLC adds new layers on top of systems that already exist. Nothing in the base game is locked or removed to sell it back.
The free demo covers the first ten game years, so you can try before you buy. The refund terms will be set by the store the game ships on and published here before release. This is a placeholder until then.
The game runs in a modern browser today. Windows, macOS and Linux builds are planned and shown on this page as platforms. It needs about 2 GB of RAM and roughly 60 MB of space.
The engine already routes content through a mod registry, so the groundwork exists. A public toolkit has no date yet. Any news will appear on the roadmap.
No. AI nations play through the same commands you use: they pass laws, build factories, declare wars with a casus belli and sign peace. Each has its own personality, and they gang up on a runaway leader. You are never shown a different rulebook.
One every quarter, from Q1 2027 to Q2 2028. Dates and prices are provisional. The Season Pass covers all six and costs less than buying them separately.
